Sealed proposals will be received at this office, where they will be opened and read aloud for the
following;
(2025-27) RFP Wayfinding Signage for St. Lawrence County Facilities
Proposal Opening Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 @ 3:00 PM
Mandatory Walk - through: Week of December 1, 2025
Detailed specifications may be obtained at the St. Lawrence County Purchasing Office, 48 Court Street,
Canton, New York 13617-1169.
We strongly encourage all vendors to submit proposals as soon as possible. Bidders will be fully
responsible for the delivery of their bid in a timely matter. Reliance upon the US Postal Service or other
carriers is at the bidder's risk. Late bids will not be considered. It is our intent to offer this public bid

All proposals must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement. St. Lawrence County reserves the right
