Sealed proposals will be received at this office, where they will be opened and read aloud for the following;
(2026-24) Request for Proposals Professional Engineering Consulting Services for Buildings & Grounds Department New Facility and Alternate Demolition Work

Detailed specifications may be obtained at the St. Lawrence County Purchasing Office, 48 Court Street, Canton, New York 13617-1169.
We strongly encourage all vendors to submit proposals as soon as possible. Bidders will be fully responsible for the delivery of their bid in a timely matter. Reliance upon the US Postal Service or other carriers is at the bidder's risk. Late bids will not be considered.
All proposals must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement. St. Lawrence County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please mark bid envelope with the appropriate PROPOSAL ITEM AND NUMBER and mail to:
